Holistic Facial

Facials are wonderfully beneficial to the skin and extremely relaxing at the same time (well this one is!) 

Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and gently exfoliated. This is followed by a luxurious face, neck, and shoulder massage  - it is often neglected to be said that Facial massage is the reason our skin 'glows'. Massage increases blood flow, which in turn brings fresh oxygen and nutrients to the area. This feeds the skin from the inside. The massage also stimulates lymphatic drainage, which speeds up the removal of waste and toxins from the skin cells. The combination of these two things help to improve the overall appearance of the skin. A face mask will be applied to further nourish the skin. Whilst this on either a hand and arm or a scalp massage will be performed. The mask is removed with hot towels and the treatment ends with a toning spritz, eye care, and moisturiser.
